Common questions
I don’t know what type of sign I need. Is that a problem?
Not at all — most customers don’t. Just tap whichever picture in the form looks closest to what you have in mind, or send us a photo of your storefront on WhatsApp. We’ll recommend what fits your space, your wall type and your budget.
How much does a custom sign cost?
It depends on size, material and whether it’s illuminated. Window graphics and flat cut letters are the most affordable; illuminated channel letters and backlit logos are a bigger investment. Send your size and we’ll give you a real number — not a vague range.
Do you handle City of Toronto sign permits?
Many exterior signs require a City sign permit. We’ll tell you upfront whether yours does and can guide you through the application.
Do you install, or is it pickup only?
Both. We install across Toronto, or you can pick up and install yourself to save cost. Just mention which you’d prefer.
Can you match my existing branding?
Yes. AI, EPS, SVG or PDF logo files work best. No logo file? We can recreate it from a photo or a screenshot.
How long does it take?
Most projects run 5–10 business days from mockup approval. Window graphics are often faster. Rush jobs available — just ask.
